How do I enter the property?
Guests will receive a code a couple of days before arrival to allow them to access the property.
Can we bring our pet?
We love our furry friends, but to protect the wildlife and our visiting cows, we kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the property.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
We offer satellite Wi-Fi for your convenience! While some telephone providers may have limited coverage, we’ve found that Telstra generally provides reliable cell service in the area. So you can stay connected with ease, even if other phone services may vary.
How many can you be accommodated?
Accommodating up to 7 guests, our retreat features:
Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, offering cozy comfort
Bedroom 3: 2 king singles for flexibility and ease
Studio Room: 1 king single, two comfy couches, a fireplace, and double glass doors leading to the hallway for added convenience
Do you refund if a bushfire is nearby?
During our summer period, if catastrophic fire danger days are predicted, we will cancel all bookings and issue full refunds. If extreme fire danger days are forecasted and we believe it may be unsafe for guests, we may also cancel bookings or require early checkouts, again providing full refunds for any cancelled nights. We will make every effort to notify guests of emergencies, but it is ultimately the guest's responsibility to stay informed via the DFES website and safety alerts, as communication may be restricted.
